In order to maintain our body we are doing so many tactics but as a result we feel tired and looking aged. Mostly many of us think that how I looked at my age why I have changed like this. Without doing any work sitting in a particular place and saying work in system like that. How your body will look comfort and young? We should do some exercise and work to maintain our body. For that we don’t want to do any extra work and don’t want to do exercise for the whole day. Just it is necessary to do for certain minutes in treadmill walking like doing our regular exercises. It will be easy and interesting if we think the exercises as our regular work and doing everything for us and our family like that. At the same time without any interest whatever we do those will lead to negative results only? At least for six months we should practise some exercises after that it will be as our regular works. Otherwise we can’t expect any change in our body. Usually we do all our activities for just one week or ten days within that we are expecting the changes in our day. It is absolutely wrong we should do the works regularly for six months at least.
