Virtue

From the viewpoint of virtue (Which implies high moral standards), good is found neither in the act nor in its consequence, but in the character of the moral agent. Such an approach stresses that no rule can give guidance in every situation and that we cannot effectively weigh up all the consequences. Thus, we need to develop the capacities to deal with each situation as it arises.
