Personal values cannot be separated from societal or professional values although it may be possible to reflect upon particular aspects to develop a comprehensive moral attitude. It is not possible to deal in precise rules and regulations, only to suggest guidelines. These guidelines give ethical behavior its special place in maintaining the quality of life in communities.
