Indian ethos

Spiritual empiricism (the inner world of verifiable spiritual experience) has two intellectually allied alternatives: logical positivism and materialist empiricism. Each of these alternatives has a drawback. Whatever works in the sense – related domain of the immediate and visible seems to be its keynote. This is moral pragmatism. Classical Indian or Vedantic thought will be the principal source for this comparison and contrast.
